Suspending a SIM stops the SIM card from authenticating on a network, however you will still be charged the Service Charge.

To bulk suspend SIM cards using a pre-configured email (ensuring to fill in the blanks) click: SEND EMAIL
To create your own email use the following:
- To: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Subject: Please suspend these SIMs
- Body text:
- SIAM account username
- List of ICCIDs of the SIMs to be suspended (without quotation marks)
- I understand that these SIMs will still incur the Service Charge costs while suspended.
