Why is a terminated SIM still on my bill?

All bills are calculated on the 1st of the month, but might be sent out after this date.

Termination requests can take up to 30 days to be processed, to check that the SIM is terminated see, How to check my SIM status.

If the SIM card has been successfully terminated in the period of the bil; the service charges should appear as 0 however the data, SMS and voice will appear if over the bundled amount has been used.
