Checks for a SIM card that is not working

Completing the following steps will allow you to eliminate the possibility of many of the more common problems.

  1. Ensure that the device is powered.
  2. Ensure that the SIM card is inserted correctly, making sure that the gold plate is in contact with the reader. (For help with the HERA router series, see: How to insert a SIM card into a HERA).
  3. Ensure that antennas are attached to the device.
  4. Leave on for 20 mins, turn off for 10 seconds and then power on the device.
