Completing the following steps will allow you to eliminate the possibility of many of the more common problems.
- Ensure that the device is powered.
- Ensure that the SIM card is inserted correctly, making sure that the gold plate is in contact with the reader. (For help with the HERA router series, see: How to insert a SIM card into a HERA).
- Ensure that antennas are attached to the device.
- Leave on for 20 mins, turn off for 10 seconds and then power on the device.
